AEO stands for Authorised Economic Operator, which is a voluntary accreditation that allows businesses to work with customs authorities to simplify customs procedures. The World Customs Organisation (WCO) designed the AEO program as a global standard to strengthen supply chain safety, security, and compliance.

International Phytosanitary Measures 15 (ISPM15) is an international standard for treatment of wooden packing timbers, this is to help prevent the spread of pests. Membership of the UK Wood Packaging Material Making Programme (UKWPMMP) is a statutory requirement for producing ISPM15 certified packaging.

UKWA (United Kingdom Warehouse Association) maintains how to operate safely, ethically and profitably. Safeguarding industry standards and ensuring views are represented clearly and effectively to government.

RHA (Road Haulage Association) is road transport association, providing members with benchmark industry standards conditions of carriage.

HMRC Type A Customs Approved Warehousing

​

Lightwood PLC bonded warehouse space, which is a secure space in which goods liable to import duty and VAT are stored. Customs duty and VAT payments on these items are deferred until the goods are sold or removed from the bonded warehouse.
